The time it takes your package to get to you depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout:


  • Free Shipping ------------------ 3-6 business days
  • USPS First Class --------------- 3-4 business days
  • USPS Priority ------------------ 2-3 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express ---Overnight Next Day - 2 business days


NOTE: Expedited shipping is based on the delivery time from when USPS receives your package after orders have been processed. Orders are fulfilled same day if ordered before 4pm (on a business day).
Please note, delivery times are not guaranteed as stated above as USPS is experiencing delays due to COVID-19*


A confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once your package ships. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Route is a 3rd party service that provides you protection for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
    • Route allows you to visually track your orders on the map and see your order history through the app.
    • Route allows you to file and manage all claims for returns or refund as long as it fits within the Route Policies.
    • Route allows you to repurchase through their app.

We are currently shipping to the domestic United States, however we are in the process of getting the approval to ship internationally soon! Stay tuned and follow our instagram (@getqiwi) to be notified when international shipping is opened up!

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
